I'm worried about how to pay the rent, etc. Did you get financial aid? <br /><br />2) I'm unsure whether I want to go with the cuisine or patisserie after finishing. If I did the cuisine, would you say the patisserie portions were good enough where one would feel comfortable doing only that? <br /><br />3) I don't speak French, but plan on taking a beginning course.
